Dye - Process
After special pantone colour requested, the colour will
be examined in the laborotuary and costumer will receive
a lab dip card with three variations of the colour to
choose. After approval of the colour dying the fabric
can be started.
It is obvious that the used dying materials are free
from AZO and other hormful substances and also OKETEKS
standarts. |

and prepared for expert according to customers |

Styling and Design
|
The patterns are prepared according to the specifiations
and the measurements buy the customers. The patterns
later graded and plotted by computer CAD system GERBER

|

the company's customers which are exported to England, France,
Germany, Austria, Denmark and Sweden.

Our organization 5000 m2 closed area and it has been continuing
it is production with a new tecnology of American and Japan high-tech
machine and 140 well trained also experienced staff enables us to
offer our customers good quality product with a perfect finish.
Small run quick turn orders and large standing orders are processed
in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Every production
person belongs to a small group or cell that begins and completes
the total garment sewing process with in the same group. Machine
operators skill and knowledge on several types of sewing machines
not only enhange the production quality but also takes the dullness
from doing the same thing and improve worker's morale.
We can make several kinds of garments; 30%woven 70%knitted.
